Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of travel services by ATOZ Travel Joint-Stock Company (AdenZ Travel) as a Destination Management Company (DMC) in Vietnam. This website and the services described herein are intended for both direct travelers and professional travel partners seeking destination management support.

By confirming a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation and deposit.
Standard deposit: 20% upon confirmation.
Second payment: 50% at least 60 days before arrival.
Final balance: at least 7 working days before arrival.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
Credit card payments may be subject to a surcharge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 30 days before arrival: deposit may be partially refundable.
15–30 days before arrival: cancellation fees may apply up to 50%.
Within 14 days: up to 100% cancellation charges may apply.
Air tickets and special services may be non-refundable.

Specific conditions may vary depending on suppliers (hotels, cruises, airlines).

DMC Operational Terms

As a Destination Management Company, we act as a local service coordinator between clients and suppliers in Vietnam.

All services are subject to local conditions and availability.
Programs may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or operational reasons.
Equivalent alternatives may be provided when necessary.
We coordinate services but may rely on third-party providers.

Liability & Disclaimer

ATOZ Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, and guides.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions beyond our control.
We are not responsible for force majeure events (natural disasters, political events, pandemics).
Clients are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and insurance.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

We collect only necessary information for booking and service delivery.
Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
Data may be shared with suppliers strictly for service execution.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, itineraries, and branding, is the property of ATOZ Travel.

Content may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law
